EULA - End User License Agreement

Privacy Statement - We will not ever sell, give, hire or transfer in any way, any details of any customer that has purchased from us. All details that were provided to us or the third-party stores are forwarded to us and stored in a secure database. Users of our software must accept this disclaimer of warranty: "Our Electronic Pilot Logbook software is supplied as is."

Liability - The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. This software shall not be used for flight planning. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of our software. We do not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, or represent that its use would not infringe privately owned rights. As currency requirements may be changed by the Federal Aviation Administration, we ask you to check current FARs on a regular basis. All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets, incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software, are owned by the author. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the Software on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software.

Software License - The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may also store or install a copy of the Software on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the Software on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the Software is run from the storage device. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

Limitations on Modification, Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly - You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or create derivative works based upon the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Separation of Components - The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on or in the Software.

Rental - You may not rent or lease the Software without prior written consent of the author.
